**Job Title: Typist**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled Typist to join our team. As a Typist, you will be responsible for accurately typing and formatting documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials as required. Your typing speed and accuracy will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of our organization's operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Type and format various documents, including letters, reports, memos, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Transcribe dictations, recordings, and handwritten drafts into typed documents, maintaining attention to detail and clarity of content.
- Proofread typed documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling, making necessary corrections before finalizing.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of typed documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Coordinate with other team members or departments to gather information and materials required for typing assignments.
- Prioritize typing tasks based on urgency and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and delivery of documents.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding document handling, confidentiality, and data security.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, sorting mail, or filing documents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- **Minimum 2 Years Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Typist or Data Entry Clerk, with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer software and typing tools, including word processing software and typing keyboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**:
**10000K To 18000K per month**

The salary will depend upon the experience and caliber you possess.

Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

Pay: ₹10,669.95 - ₹18,843.74 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:
