**Responsibilities**:
**Typing and Transcription**: Accurately transcribe written or spoken information into digital documents. This may include correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.

**Data Entry**: Inputting data into databases and maintaining accurate records.

**Proofreading**: Review and correct errors in the transcribed documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

**Requirements**:
**Typing Skills**: Proficient in touch typing with a high words-per-minute (WPM) rate.

**Accuracy**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information.

**Computer Literacy**: Familiarity with word processing software and other relevant tools.

**Organization**: Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Communication Skills**: Good written and verbal communication skills.

**Confidentiality**: Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a typist or in a related role is preferred.
- Certification in typing or data entry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
