**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Oversee a team of 100 laborers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and maintain high product quality.
- Monitor the production line for efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics using Excel.
- Collaborate with other departments (Quality Control, R&D, etc.) to ensure all processes are aligned with production goals.
- Address and resolve any labor or operational issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Male only
- **Experience**: Proven experience in production line supervision or the mechanical field.
- **Team Management**: Experience in handling a team of 100 or more laborers.
- **Technical Skills**: Must be proficient in Excel (for data management, reporting, and analysis).
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle operational challenges and provide timely solutions.

Work Location: Udyog Vihar - Phase III, Gurgaon
