**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in operating and maintaining machines and equipment.
- Support senior technicians and engineers in routine tasks.
- Carry out inspection and quality checks as per instructions.
- Report issues or machine faults promptly to the supervisor.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- ITI Pass in relevant trade (Electrician / Fitter / Turner / Welder / Instrument Mechanic / etc.)
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setup preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Bilaspur and work in shifts.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹18,000 per month
- **Canteen Facility**: Available at a reasonable cost
