WE REQUIRED 20+ SOLAR ROOFTOP INSTALLATION & COMMISSION AND O&M PERSON FROM ITI/DIPLOMA/BE:

We are 20 years old renowned solar company completed 85 MW solar Rooftop Installations in Industries Sector in UP and other 14 Indian States. Looking for:

Solar PV System site Installation Engineer;

is responsible for designing and installing the solar photovoltaic system at the customers premises as site orders. . The individual at work evaluates the installation site, designs the installation, plans and arranges for materials, and ensures smooth installation process. The individual also supervises the installation technicians work. Engineers job will predominantly revolve around the following three key responsibilities:

• Electrical Design and procurement (Mainly Co-ordination)
• Erection of the solar power system
• Overall Project Management ,responsibility and accountability for work at site productivity and quality
• Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing, and commissioning of the system.
• Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the clients schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved. Some Other responsibility are:

-Attending client and site visits as required (PAN INDIA )

-Carrying out technical assessments

-Provides key project monitoring decisions

-Assist the sales staff to screen and qualify the feasibility of energy efficiency and Solar PV opportunities

-Develop, define and dimension technically and economically feasible applications by performing preliminary engineering/design, project metering and measurements of critical parameters

Responsibilities for site Supervisor:

-Able to check, configure, install, inspect, test, and commission different components of photovoltaic systems rooftop

-Responsible for inspection, supervise ,quality of installation of solar PV systems at site.

• Have to supervise work of Installation Technician, Assembly Technician, Maintenance Technician or other minimum 10+ man power working at site.

-Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans

-Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site operations maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities, modifications as required

-Live and Work directly on site as directed responsible to handle the project component at site like Modules, trackers, inverters, balance of plant equipment and tools equipment maintenance are used in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, hydraulic, mechanical and software component inspections, testing, repair and maintenance etc.

-Troubleshoot and perform tracker hydraulic and mechanical equipment maintenance.

-Responds to emergency call outs

-Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities performed at project sites complies with requirements and warranties.

-Ensures that all the I&C activities are carried out as per the schedule. Some more Qualification & responsibility are as under:

• Assessing locations to ensure they are suitable for solar panels
• Measuring up areas for installation
• Making adjustments to building surfaces so panels fit and are adequately supported
• Installing and maintaining solar panels on homes, business premises or open land
• Connecting solar panels to an electrical system
• Grounding electrical equipment and checking wiring
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
• Performing maintenance checks and fixing solar panels
• Using a variety of technical equipment and tools

Solar Panel Installation Technician; is also known as Panel Installer, the Solar Panel Installation Technician is responsible for installing solar panels at the customers' premises. The individual at work checks the installation site, understands the layout requirement as per design, assesses precautionary measures to be taken, installs the solar panel as per site requirement and ensures effective functioning of the system post installation.

Module Assembly Technician; is responsible for fixing frames and junction box in the solar module. The individual at work prepares the solar module for final assembly, frames the module and fixes the junction box with cables on the rear side of the module. The individual is also responsible for connecting the tabbing wire from the module to the junction box and soldering them.

Solar PV System Maintenance Technician; is responsible for maintenance and effective functioning of the installed solar panels. The individual at work cleans the installed solar modules, checks the photovoltaic system for uninterrupted power output and identifies faults in the PV system.

Qualification:

Knowledge of CAD, PVSyst, ITI Electrician / Diploma or BE in Electrical or Mechanical with 1 to 5 yrs exp Solar PV Module / Equipments will provide all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and modifications of client Solar Powers portfolio of solar PV facilities. Fresher also welcome as a trainee. Ex serviceman below 50 are also welcome.
