**Job Overview**:

- **Plan and implement** compelling in-store and window displays as per brand guidelines, seasonal themes, and promotional objectives.
- Ensure clear **sectional segregation and identity** between Activewear and Lifestyle categories to improve customer navigation and product discoverability.
- **Execute visual layouts** for promotional events, product launches, and festival campaigns in coordination with the marketing and operations teams.
- Conduct regular **GO (Grade of Observation) audits** to evaluate VM implementation, store compliance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain VM presentation and planogram adherence across all sections including footwear, apparel, equipment, and accessories.
- Track and analyze **visual merchandising impact on sales and footfall**; suggest actionable insights and improvements.
- Ensure regular refresh of display focal points and product arrangements based on stock movement and customer trends.
- Provide visual merchandising support and basic training to store staff to maintain standards consistently.
- Coordinate with the team for any rollout of new concepts, fixture placements, and layout changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor store visuals, and evolving customer preferences to keep displays fresh and relevant.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail or sports-related environment.
- A degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Communication, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong eye for design, color coordination, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising software/tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to different store locations if needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyles is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
