**Position Summary**:
The Visual Merchandising (VM) Assistant at De Interluxe will play a key role in enhancing the visual appeal of our retail spaces, ensuring that product displays align with brand aesthetics and current trends. This role involves supporting the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies, maintaining design consistency across locations, and collaborating closely with design and sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising strategies for store layouts, window displays, and in-store presentations.
- Implement seasonal themes, promotions, and product launches per brand guidelines.
- Creatively arrange products, furniture, and props to support decor merchandising.
- Ensure visual consistency and aesthetic appeal across store spaces.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align displays with customer preferences and business goals.
- Track competitor displays and industry trends to guide visual updates.
- Support photoshoots and promotional setups as needed.
- Set up displays on time and assist during store transitions.
- Travel between Cochin and Calicut for visual coordination and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong design and aesthetic sense with a flair for creativity.
- Prior experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or decor merchandising is preferred.
- Excellent eye for detail and spatial layout.
- Awareness of current trends in design, retail, and customer experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility with work timings and schedules based on project requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a retail or design-based environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
