**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute visually appealing merchandise displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Plan and implement seasonal, promotional, and theme-based layouts to highlight key products.
- Ensure that all merchandise is presented in a manner that aligns with the Stories brand image and standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align visual merchandising strategies with promotional activities.
- Monitor showroom aesthetics, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to improve merchandising effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to innovate and elevate showroom presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source and display decorative elements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture or home accessories.
- Strong creativity and an eye for detail with a passion for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and showroom operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
