**Responsibilities**:

- Manage store sales and ensure optimal performance in meeting sales targets.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the presentation and appeal of products.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of fashion retail trends and customer preferences.
- Utilize multiple sales channels to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to uphold brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales development or related roles within the fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
