Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Cochin

**Job Type**:Full-time/Part-time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales growth.

2. Execute product displays and arrangements according to brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.

3. Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of stock on shelves and displays to maintain optimal inventory levels.

4. Monitor product performance and sales trends, providing feedback and insights to management.

5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and special events.

6. Ensure compliance with company, policies, and procedures in all merchandising activities.

7. Monitor and report on inventory levels, out-of-stock situations, and product returns.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.

2. Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or visual merchandising is an asset.

3. Strong understanding of merchandising principles, including product placement, display techniques, and retail space optimization.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with store personnel.

5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and product presentation.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of merchandising software/tools is a plus.

8. Flexibility to travel and work weekends or evenings as needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
