We bring together an outstanding pool of veterinarians to promote the collaborative, multidisciplinary investigation of diagnosing and treating your fur buddies and preventing diseases. A one-of-its-kind initiative, Vetic aims at elevating the clinic experience for pets and humans alike.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing excellent customer experience by resolving client’s Post Appointment related queries and issues.
- Providing real time solutions to client’s query by engaging with multiple stakeholders of the organization.
- Work as Vetic’s SPOC for escalated customers and engage with them till win-back.
- Daily Feedback calling to understand the customer experience with Vetic’s services
- Identify recurring issues and work with multiple teams to solve for the same
- Build Vetic as a brand by ensuring service standards are in line with the company policies.
**Who may be best placed for success in this role?**
- Min 1 year voice-call experience in handling customer escalations
- Exception English & Hindi speaking skills.
**Job Location**: Gurgaon It's 6 days a week-from-office job.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
