**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machines to ensure continuous production.
- Set up machines before production, adjusting settings as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Keep accurate records of machine performance, production output, and maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for tracking production and machine settings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certification or vocational training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Experience in [industry-specific machinery] is preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Factory or warehouse setting with exposure to loud noises, dust, and moving machinery.
- May require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
