**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for switchgear and control panel products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical panel and switchgear market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in sales, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products.
- Ready to travel to the job location.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software
