**Job Title: Customer service Representative**

**Location: MP Nagar Zone 2, Bhopal**

As a customer support representative, your main responsibility will be to talk to students and their parents, helping them understand the opportunities available for studying abroad. You'll provide information about different universities, courses, and admission processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communicate with Students and Parents**: You'll make calls to students and parents, discussing their aspirations and guiding them on suitable study abroad options.
- **Answer Queries**: Address any questions or concerns that students and parents may have regarding studying abroad, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the process.
- **Offer Guidance**: Offer personalized advice and recommendations based on individual needs and preferences, helping students make informed decisions about their education.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the company's database.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

**Salary Bracket
- 10000-15000**
**Work Timings
- 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
