**Job Title: Customer Support Representative**

Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer satisfaction to the customers. Customer Support Executive, will be resquired to contact customers and respond to their complaints in a professional manner. Primary goal will be to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Address customer questions, provide information, and offer solutions to resolve problems or complaints.

Listen attentively to customer complaints, empathise with their concerns, and take appropriate steps to resolve the issues effectively.

Guide customers on how to avail services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken.

Collaborate with other teams within the organisation.

Provide customers with a positive and personalised experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention.

Develop guidelines for customer support aligning with the company’s objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent command of the English language.

Pleasant and professional demeanour, with exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties effectively.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

Good problem-solving abilities.

Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
