Sales Executive

**Location**:
Dharam Estate 1, Godown No. 18, Near Sheetal Farm House, Bharati Asharam Road, Dholka Road, Narimanpura, Sarkhej - 382210, Ahmedabad

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory
- Conduct field visits daily to promote products and build new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Regularly follow up with customers for orders and payments
- Visit the warehouse 1-2 times a week (as required) for coordination
- Meet potential clients, deliver product presentations, and close deals
- Provide timely reporting and updates on sales performance
- Ensure all Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) are met

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of sales experience** (preferably in FMCG or institutional sales)
- **2-wheeler mandatory** for fieldwork
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**:

- Fluency in **English** and the **local language** (Gujarati for Ahmedabad)
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good public relations skills with a customer-centric approach

**Compensation**:

- Salary**:₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month** (including travel allowance)
- **Commission eligibility** after 3 months of probation

**Office Timings**:

- Monday to Saturday, **10:00 AM - 7:00 PM**

**Skills & Qualities Required**:

- Result-oriented and target-driven
- Strong follow-up and closure skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in handling payments and collection follow-ups

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
