**Job Title**: Junior Architect

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and development of architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Collaborate with senior architects in brainstorming, concept development, and design ideation.
- Participate in site surveys and measurements.
- Support the preparation of presentations, project reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing material specifications and procurement lists.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and correspondence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0-2 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and design.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced work environment.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing academic or previous project work.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sustainable design practices.
