**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design**:

- Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across all branded materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver innovative design solutions and meet project deadlines.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with raw footage and audio, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, appropriate pacing, and engaging visuals.
- Add visual effects, motion graphics, and animations where necessary to elevate the video content.
- Optimize videos for different formats and screen sizes (mobile, desktop, social media).
- Assist in storyboarding, script development, and conceptualizing video projects.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as needed to deliver the final product.

**Maintain Brand Standards**:

- Ensure that all design and video content adheres to the brand's guidelines and visual identity.
- Stay updated on current design and video trends to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)**, and video editing software like **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Experience with **motion graphics** and animation software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of **video production** techniques, including lighting, sound editing, and filming.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms** and digital marketing trends, particularly regarding video content.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with **UI/UX design** principles and web design.
- Basic knowledge of **3D design** and animation.
- Experience working in a **fast-paced environment** or agency setting.

**Working Conditions**:
