Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in our database.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
