**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **MIS Trainee** to assist in managing, analyzing, and improving the organization's data systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in MIS operations and data analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in data entry, report generation, and database management.
- Work with Excel, SQL, and MIS tools to support daily operations.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making.
- Support the MIS team in developing dashboards and reports for various departments.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of MIS-related software or modules.
- Respond to data-related queries from different departments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on data insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL or database concepts is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
