Description

**Purpose of Role**:
To learn and assist with tasks related to making the Walkaroo Group of companies more socially responsible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To co-ordinate the due diligence activities of the CSR requests received.
- To help organise surveys to understand what communities need in the areas we focus on.
- To oversee the execution of CSR projects in a timely manner.
- To assist in managing the CSR initiatives holistically ensuring that they benefit the local community.
- To assist in budgeting control and MIS including documentation.
- To maintain an ongoing relationship with the stakeholders (NGO’s, beneficiaries) that we work with ensuring that regular meetings take place so that each party is aware of current developments.
- To co-ordinate impact assessment surveys pertaining to CSR projects executed by Walkaroo Group.
- To do a regular follow-up on the long-term projects and keep record of how they are progressing.
- To manage all communication on CSR including record keeping and documentation.
- The role holder is expected to travel on need basis and also cover all outdoor project sites on a regular basis. License for driving two wheelers and willingness to drive to project sites.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel.
