Complete administrative duties such as making copies.
- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary.
- Draft documents and letters from existing acquisitions using proper licensing templates.
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
- Correspond with counsel, court, and clients.
- Analyze and summarize documents.
- Assist with the administration.
- Compile, proofread, and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies, and other legal documents.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

- Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
