Tellecaller

Generate immigration business leads by contacting institutions and schools.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services, as well as follow up on leads from various sources (online inquiries, referrals, etc.).
- Answer incoming calls from clients seeking assistance with their immigration needs, ensuring that all queries are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients in booking appointments with immigration consultants, advising them on the next steps in their immigration process.
- Maintain up-to-date records of calls, client details, and feedback in the CRM system to track interactions and ensure follow-ups are scheduled appropriately.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information regarding the client's immigration situation, assessing their eligibility, and directing them to the appropriate service or expert.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Conduct follow-up calls to check the status of ongoing cases, remind clients of necessary document submissions, or update them on changes in immigration laws or procedures.
- Work closely with the immigration consultants and legal team to relay information and ensure smooth case processing for clients.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services, as well as follow up on leads from various sources (online inquiries, referrals, etc.).
- Ability to explain complex immigration information in a simple and understandable manner.
- Travelling within India and abroad to meet clients and agents.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours.

**Required Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales and achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience on working any Immigration software will be preferred.
- Excellent time-management skills, accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Must have outgoing and professional behavior to deal with high-profile clients.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
