**Job Summary**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Admin, Operate and Manage Citrix Farm.
- Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x, 19 xx, 20 xx LTSR Suite
- Experience in managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops via Studio.
- Experience in Citrix cloud, Citrix cloud connector
- Install and configure FS Logix.
- Experience in provisioning method using MCS technology.
- Good knowledge in PVS technology.
- Good knowledge in random Citrix Desktops.
- Good knowledge in Citrix Storefront, License Server, and Director
- Good knowledge in XenServer
- Good knowledge in VMware vCenter and ESXi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reproducing issues in inhouse Lab.
- Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to vendor according to process guidelines.
- Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.
- Collaborate with other technology teams in diagnosing and isolating the cause of complex issues.
- Maintain quality on case documentation, SLA timeframes and operational metrics.
- Performs within the Productivity Measure of the team (scorecard).
- Handle Problem Management, Post Incident Reviews and RCA.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Citrix Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix ADC.
- Familiarity with other Citrix technologies, such as Citrix Cloud and Citrix Workspace, is a plus.
- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing Windows operating systems for virtualized environments.
- Experience in deploying and managing virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI).
- Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and SSL certificate management in Citrix environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are desirable but not mandatory.
