**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Citric Administrator

Experience: 9-12 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

- As a Citrix Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Citrix on-premises and Citrix cloud infrastructure.
- Additionally, you will handle troubleshooting of Windows server environments and ensure effective English communication.

Skills Required and Years of Experience:

- Citrix Federated Authentication Services: 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Citrix federated authentication services for secure user access.
- Certificate Authority Management: 5 years of experience in managing certificate authorities, including certificate templates and SmartCard certificates.
- Citrix On-Premises Infrastructure Management: 8 years of experience in managing Citrix on-premises infrastructure components such as ADC (Application Delivery Controller), DDC (Desktop Delivery Controller), SF (StoreFront), and user profiles.
- Citrix Workspace Environment Management: 8 years of experience in configuring and managing Citrix workspace environments for efficient user access and performance.
- Citrix Infrastructure Advanced Management: 8 years of experience in customizing and managing Citrix infrastructure, including advanced internal connectivity configurations.
- Citrix Single Sign-On (SSO) Without Credentials: 8 years of experience in implementing Citrix SSO solutions without requiring additional credentials.
- Citrix ADC Customized Configurations: 8 years of experience in customizing Citrix ADC configurations for optimal performance and security.
- Microsoft DFS, DHCP, DNS, GPO: 10 years of experience in managing Microsoft DFS (Distributed File System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), DNS (Domain Name System), and GPO (Group Policy Objects) for integrated Citrix environments.
- Citrix Cross-Domain and Cross-Platform Collaboration: 10 years of experience in facilitating cross-domain and cross-platform collaboration within Citrix environments.
- Windows Server Trouble shooting: 10 years of experience in troubleshooting Windows Server environments, including versions 2012, 2016, and 2019.
- English Communication: Expert proficiency in English communication to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Citrix certifications (e.g., Citrix Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Additional certifications in Microsoft technologies and server administration are beneficial.
