**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Product Manager/Scrum Master. The Product Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for managing product development, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and product backlog items.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deliverables between teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any impediments or risks.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in product management and software development within an Agile framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create effective user stories and manage product backlog.
- Proven experience in sprint planning and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the home services industry is a plus.
