**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Reconciliation Accountant to join our finance team.

As an E-commerce Reconciliation Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy in financial transactions related to e-commerce sales and reconciling various accounts to maintain financial integrity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile e-commerce sales transactions with internal records and external platforms.
- Monitor and analyze daily e-commerce transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate recording of sales, refunds, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular audits of e-commerce accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between e-commerce platforms, payment processors, and internal financial records.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reconciliations of e-commerce payment gateways, bank accounts, and merchant accounts.
- Generate periodic reports on e-commerce sales, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to e-commerce transactions.
- Provide support to internal and external auditors during financial audits by supplying relevant documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to e-commerce accounting and reconciliation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in OTC or FMCG D2C brands.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems is preferred.
- Understanding of financial reporting standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
