**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering high-quality classroom instruction to students preparing for Foundation and Boards
- Preparing and delivering lectures, conducting classroom discussions, and administering assessments.
- Creating and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
- Providing individual attention and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Developing and maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

**Who can apply**
- A B.Tech/M.Tech degree or higher from NIT or IIT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Knowledge of IIT-JEE and NEET exam patterns and syllabus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
