**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure **every student fully understands** the topics covered through engaging lessons, doubt-clearing sessions, and regular assessments.
- Prepare high-quality study materials, practice questions, and tests as per the institute’s academic plan.
- Regularly monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty members for continuous improvement of teaching quality.
- **Travel to North Bengal (Malda, Coochbehar)** at least **twice a month** for conducting classes, workshops, or student sessions.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in the classroom..

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: M.Sc. in Physics (minimum requirement).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of teaching experience** in Physics at the school or coaching level (Foundation or Competitive segment preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse classroom environments.
