**Educational Qualifications**:

- **For JEE (Engineering Aspirants)**: A teacher for JEE typically needs at least a **Master's degree (M.Sc.)** in a relevant field like Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics.
- **Physics**: M.Sc. in Physics, or M.Tech. in any engineering discipline.
- **Chemistry**: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- **Mathematics**: M.Sc. in Mathematics or Engineering (any discipline).
- **Physics**: M.Sc. in Physics or M.Tech. in an engineering field.
- **Chemistry**: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- **Biology**: M.Sc. in Biology or MBBS (for medical topics).

**Subject Expertise**:

- You should have a thorough grasp of the syllabus and exam pattern. This includes:

- **JEE**: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
- **NEET**: Physics, Chemistry, Biology.

**Teaching Experience**:

- Having prior teaching experience on advance level for JEE/NEET, either in a school or a coaching institute, is a significant advantage.

**Communication Skills**:

- Strong communication and explanation skills are a must. The ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear manner is key to success.
- Ability to guide and motivate students during their preparation.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Since JEE/NEET questions require in-depth problem-solving, you should be proficient in breaking down and solving problems, along with explaining your methods to students.

**Certification and Additional Qualifications**:

- Some coaching institutes may require certifications related to teaching competitive exams or a teaching certification like **B.Ed.** (though this is not mandatory for all institutions).
