**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update accurate data in company databases and ERP systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records of daily tasks and completed entries.
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and product listings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and documentation.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical support as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory.
- Prior experience in data entry or office work is an advantage but not essential.
