Job Description: Legal Intern (Remote, 3-Month Internship, Unpaid)

Position: Legal Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Remote

Stipend: Unpaid

**Responsibilities**:
1. Corporate Legal Support:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including NDAs, MOUs, and vendor agreements.
- Conduct legal research on compliance, regulations, and industry best practices.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

- Help ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations for various business operations.
- Support in preparing documentation for intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, etc.).

3. Risk Management:

- Identify potential legal risks and provide preliminary analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to address legal issues related to marketing, advertising, and product compliance.

4. Policy Development:

- Assist in drafting internal policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Participate in creating legal documentation for partnerships and collaborations.

5. General Counsel Support:

- Work on real-time legal issues under the guidance of the legal team or external counsel.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to legal strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Keen interest in corporate legal affairs and business operations.
