**We are coming up with India's Biggest Fashion School & Talents Agency (11000sqft) in Chinar Park, New Town, Kolkata.**

**Positions - Academic Counsellor cum Front Office**

**Experience - Minimum 1 year in any edtech or service sector in sales**

**Salary - 15000 to 25000**

**Age Limit - Maximum 33 years**

**Both male and female can apply.**

**Working - 6 days a week from 10am to 7pm**

**Week off - Sunday**

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE SECTOR SALES **

**Responsibilities**:

- 1 Greet properly and answer client enquries properly as per protocol over call or in person.

2. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area to maintain the brand value of the organization.

3. Assist clients with any payment related enquires.

4. Manage grievances of the clients.

6. Assisting clients in any queries or issues they face.

1. Must have great communication skills in **English**, Hindi and Bengali.

2. Must have a pleasant personality.

3. Must be energetic and have a go getter attitude.

4. Must be eager and willing to learn.

5. Must be able to work under pressure and meet targets
