**Working days : 5.5 days a week**

Interview Process : Online interview/F2F round of interview.
- Handling finance functions, designing & implementing system, day to day accounting, policies and procedures.
- Supervision of junior staff in their day to day working and checking of data prepared/compiled by them in response to notices issued by various Government Authorities like Income Tax and GST.
- Knowledge of accounting principles & standards, concepts and techniques of auditing and accounting and consolidation of financial statements.
- Working knowledge of Companies Acts, Direct and Indirect Taxation like TDS, Tax Audit, GST Return, GST Refund
- Working knowledge of FEMA guidelines, ROC, trademark act etc.
- Should be able to draft/review general agreements on day to day basis.
- Ability to multitask with analysing and interpreting financial data, Ratio analysis, cash flow
- Ability to prepare monthly MIS, comparison with Budgets & variance analysis.
- Well versed with Working Capital Management.
- Must have worked with BIG4’S and Capable to handle Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit & should have sufficient Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
- Monthly closing of books and preparation of various MIS reports.
- Must have strong control over inventory movement, Inventory accounting and controls.
- Dealing with Banks for day-to-day banking transactions.
- Responsible for handling of all Direct and indirect Tax related matters.
- Capable to motivate others and must carry leadership qualities.
- Must carry good inter-personal skills with positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.
- Should have excellent Communication skills
