**Designation -** Resin Manufaturing - Shift In Charge

**Role Overview**:
Manage and oversee resin production processes during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily production operations and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Supervise and guide shift teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain production records, including logs, reports, and shift updates.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and readiness in coordination with maintenance teams.
- Uphold compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. in Chemistry
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in resin/polymer manufacturing or chemical process industries.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong understanding of resin manufacturing processes (e.g., polymerization).
- Team leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality control and production tools.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in chemical manufacturing.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
