- SNOW Case Management : Managing Employee queries. Resolving those accurately and promptly within the set timeframe by focusing on our goal of Amazing Customer Experience.- Consolidating the leave requests received in SNOW for PTO donation- Updating and preparing Analysis of leave donations and leave requests received. Preparing Requestor tracker and Calculation sheet for Committee's approval.- Coordinating with HR Partner on the leave requests & Informing employees about the approval of leave.- Updating Oracle with additions and deletions of leaves- Preparing Purchase leave Master for checking the eligibility of leave and preparing analysis-
- Coordinating with HRIT team for bulk upload leaves in Oracle- Informing payroll for necessary deductions- Coordinating with Vendors for various services - Insurance, Annual health checkup, Creche, Travel Insurance- Mediclaim Insurance - Providing employee data for Renewal- Handling employee queries- Directly coordinating and assisting Employees during hospitalisation and claim process- Sending addition data in case of new born and marriage to the Insurer- Coordinating with Insurer for employee queries- Providing Parental Insurance data for refund and deductions as applicable- Providing CD statement to Finance on monthly basis- Providing employee data on a monthly basis for Annual health checkup.- Handling employee queries related to other benefits - Healthi, OPTUM- Raising the invoices for Medical health checkup and Doctor Teleconsultation with AP team- Preparing & Coordinating for Purchase Indent.- Coordinating with Vendors - Healthi, OPTUM- Providing data for health screening for Singapore on monthly basis- Managing Administrative activities for Business Travel Insurance Policy**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
Good understanding of the fundamental Human Resource function and concepts obtained through formal education: Bachelor or Engineering Degree or Master Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource.

1. Ability to plan and independently perform more straightforward assignments under less guidance and supervision.
2. Ability to interface comfortably with associates at all levels of the organization.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
4. Experience with Oracle systems and good working knowledge of MS Excel.
5. Numerical attitude/analytical skills, detail orientation and diligence
6. Ability to handle confidential issues with discretion
7. Knowledge of data administration, HR or Payroll policies and processes is a must.
8. Work experience of managing systems like SNOW and Taleo will be an added advantage.
9. Demonstrate professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
10. Having experience in service-oriented industry
11. Problem solving skills

12. 3 - 4 years of experience in managing Benefits activities.
13. Administrative/Coordination experience demonstrating exceptional organization skills, ability to handle high volumes, multi-task, and manage priorities
14. Ability to identify issues, analyze possible solutions and independently resolve basic problems.
15. Ability to suggest Automation & Innovation ideas to improvise the current work processes and to reduce manual intervention wherever feasible.
17. Customer service experiences with discretion.
