**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and maintaining books of accounts in compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage client compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings.
- Handle the preparation and submission of RERA Form 3 and Form 5, ensuring compliance with real estate regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate seamless client coordination for data procurement, resolving queries, and managing payments effectively.
- Efficiently manage client accounts by ensuring precise tracking of receipts and payments while maintaining systematic financial records.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
- Strong accounting foundational skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or any relevant field.
