We are looking for a detail-oriented **Audit, ERP & Accounts Assistant** to support internal audits, ERP system management, and basic accounting functions. This role ensures accuracy of data, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth integration across departments, including Accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**ERP System Management**
- Maintain and update ERP system data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee ERP modules related to inventory, production, stores, and accounts.

**Audit Support**
- Conduct internal audits across all departments, including Accounts, based on defined parameters.
- Identify discrepancies and report findings to HR-Admin or the Managing Director.

**Data Accuracy & Reconciliation**
- Verify data entries in ERP for accuracy and consistency.
- Reconcile ERP records with physical stock, financial statements, and departmental reports.

**System Troubleshooting**
- Report ERP-related issues to IT/vendor for resolution.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support for ERP users.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Verify and act upon task reports in Bitrix.
- Prepare and present summaries of audit findings.
- Generate ERP-based reports for production, stores, and accounts.

**Accounts & Compliance Support**
- Assist with accounts-related tasks such as ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, and other filings).
- Support documentation for audits and inspections (internal/external).

**Training & Support**
- Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
- Assist users with ERP or accounts-related queries and updates.

**Other Duties**
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by HR-Admin or the Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in ERP systems management (inventory, production, accounts modules preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and audit processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
