Spares Executive

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels, reorder points, and inventory turnover rates.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and obsolescence.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of spare parts.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and seek alternative sources if necessary.
- **Order Processing**:

- Manage the entire order cycle from receiving requests to delivery of spare parts.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to spare parts.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their needs.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of spare parts to various locations.
- Work with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.
- Manage the warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of spare parts.
- **Forecasting and Planning**:

- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand for spare parts.
- Develop procurement plans to meet forecasted demand and avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align spare parts inventory with business needs.
- **System Management**:

- Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to manage spare parts inventory.
- Ensure data accuracy and update records regularly.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to spare parts management.
- Implement safety procedures for handling and storing spare parts.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
