Job Title: Student Support & Admission Officer

Location: Indore

Experience: 2-7 Years

**Job Description**:
Aakash Educational Services Ltd. (AESL) is seeking a Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) to join our team. As an SSAO, you will be responsible for counselling, enrolling, onboarding, and providing a delightful journey to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to revenue generation by selling/upselling/cross-selling educational courses.

2. Ensure collection of outstanding fees from parents.

3. Ensure a smooth student journey from start to end.

4. Provide delightful customer service experience.

5. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree (BTech/MBA/Masters in Psychology/Education preferred).

2. 2-7 years of experience in counselling educational services or B2C sales and edtech sales experience.

3. Strong sales persuasion skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software related to Sales & Services.

5. Fluency in English and regional language.
