**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Accounting Associate **join our team who will have the opportunity to champion our **Facility Operational Support team.
**The preference for this role is to be based out of **BCP Thiruvallur, India**

**What you will do**
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of capital expenditures, assets, and investments.
- Coordinate with various departments to assist in raising capital RFI
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and amortization records.
- Analyze and reconcile capital accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial statement audits.
- Develop financial models to forecast investment performance and estimate returns.
- Evaluate risk factors and assess potential returns on investments.
- Prepare investment recommendations
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Monitor and report on expenses, variances, and cost trends.
- Support to prepare budgets, forecasts,
- Collaborate with departments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide financial guidance to support business decisions.
- SOX testing conduct risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.

**What you will have**
- 4years bachelor’s degree is needed.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant is required along with 1-2years of post qualification experience.
