**Associate - Accounts Receivable (US shift - Work from Office, Chennai)**

Expected Date of joining: Immediate

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Handle the entire invoice process from creation to distribution in an accurate & timely manner.

2. Sending reminders for overdue payments and communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances.

3. Regularly reviewing accounts to identify and address late or missing payments.

4. Customer Profile management.

6. Work closely with the operations team and other internal stakeholders to address customer concerns and ensure thatissues are resolved promptly.

7. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to payments.

8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and reports for management.

9. Support for all types of Audits & Other Compliances.

10. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
1. A bachelor’s/post-graduation degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

2. 0-2 Years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

4. Good written/Oral Communication skills.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
