**Inside Sales Executive - Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with customers and promote solar solutions.
- **Sales Pitch & Product Presentation**: Conduct presentations and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- **Pipeline Management**: Use CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and sales processes.
- **Proposal & Quotation Preparation**: Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer needs.
- **Negotiation & Sales Closing**: Negotiate terms and work towards closing deals.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for seamless customer transitions.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
- **Reporting & Metrics**: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and improve strategies.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on solar trends and participate in training.

**Locations**: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada
**Salary**:

- **Fresher**: ₹12,000/month
- **Experienced**: ₹12,000-₹20,000/month (based on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
