**As Communications and Resource Mobilization Coordinator, you will**:

- **Communications Tasks**:

- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with Aweksha’s mission and goals.
- Create and manage content for various communication channels, including Aweksha’s website and social media platforms.
- Design and develop engaging materials such as posters, reports, and newsletters for internal and external communications.
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments or inquiries to foster a dynamic online presence.
- Coordinate with program teams to collect information and stories to highlight the organization’s projects and impact.
- Support advocacy efforts by creating compelling communication materials aimed at influencing policymakers, stakeholders, and the public.
- **Resource Mobilization Tasks**:

- Identify potential sources of grants and opportunities for resource support.
- Research, write, and submit impactful proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential funders and partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of resource mobilization efforts to management and relevant stakeholders.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, non-profit management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in communications and resource mobilization, preferably in the non-profit sector, with a demonstrated ability to engage funders and secure resources.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:

- Proficiency in writing compelling proposals and conducting prospect research.
- Strong understanding of ethical resource mobilization practices and principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful stories and tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including funders, volunteers, and program partners.
- A deep understanding of gender-based violence and the issues Aweksha addresses is essential.
- Proficiency in communication tools such as Canva, InDesign, or other graphic design and content creation platforms.
- Experience in using social media management tools and analytics to engage and grow online communities.

**REMUNERATION**: INR 6,00,000/- per annum.
