- Any graduate with **good communication skills** and **passionate towards Business Development** can apply.
- Bachelor of Business (BBA), Master of Business (MBA) (preferred)

**Skills**:

- Strong English - written and verbal communication skills.
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services in turn generating new business leads and arranging meetings; and follow-up calls.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy developing effective sales plans using sales methodology.
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
- Handling Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), conducting sales presentations and creating the sales channel for the management.
- Good teamwork skills and Numerical skills.
- Prior Banking & Financial Services Industry experience is an added advantage.
