**Experience Required: 2 to 3 years**

**Location: Matunga (W) - Next to Matunga Road Railway Station**
**Work Days: Monday to Saturday; Work Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm**

We are looking for a “Senior Associate - Client Services” to join our overseas education consultancy. The Senior
Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their engagement with the consultancy
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure clients have all the necessary documentation & information required for their abroad studies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updating client information, recording communications and tracking progress
- Prepare & maintain reports on client activities and provide insights for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in education or consulting
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and

internal stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
