Key Responsibilities:

- **Warehouse Operations**:Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee the accurate tracking of inventory levels, ensure stock is stored properly, and manage stock rotation to prevent damages or losses.
- **Team Supervision**:Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and maintain a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- **Order Fulfilment**:Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping in accordance with customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and inventory to ensure goods are stored in optimal conditions and comply with company standards.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures and legal regulations. Conduct regular safety drills, training, and inspections to prevent accidents or injuries.
- **Equipment Management**:Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage systems, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and shipments. Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and any issues encountered.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for operational improvements and recommend solutions to optimize warehouse processes and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
