Responsibility Area

1) Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations of receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

2) Team Management:

  • Supervise warehouse staff (loaders, supervisors, helpers, etc.). 
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Motivate and train employees to improve skills and efficiency.

3) Inventory Control:

  • Maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Implement FIFO (First In First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry First Out) systems if required.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts

4) Logistics & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Ensure materials are available on time to meet sales requirements.

5) Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage standards.

6) Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward goods.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement, shortages, and excess.

7) Process & Cost Optimization:

  • Optimize space utilization inside the warehouse.
  • Reduce wastage and handling costs.
  • Suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

8) Equipment & Maintenance

  • Ensure proper functioning of forklifts, racks, pallets, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Coordinate for timely repair and maintenance

Job knowledge, skills, and experience:

Skills

  • Leadership & people managements.
  • Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP.
  • MS Excel & reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability

Working Experience - 3-4 years in warehouse/inventory management (preferablyFMCG/Food industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
