**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor**

**Location**: Changodar,Ahmedabad

**Department**: Logistics/Warehousing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure the team adheres to company policies and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate recording of stock movements. Address discrepancies and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance metrics.
- **Equipment Management**: Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery. Arrange for repairs and replacements as needed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to coordinate warehouse activities and address any issues that arise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
