Visual Inspector

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **visual inspection** of PCBs and AIS140 devices to identify defects like soldering issues, misaligned components, or cracks.
- Use **magnification tools, microscopes, and automated inspection equipment** to ensure precision.
- Verify that components meet industry standards, such as **IPC-A-610 for PCB assemblies**.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformities to the quality control team.
- Ensure compliance with **AIS140 manufacturing standards and specifications**.
- Work closely with the production team to suggest process improvements.
- Follow **ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection** protocols to handle sensitive electronic components.
- Conduct re-inspections after corrections and approve finished products for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in visual inspection, preferably in **PCB or AIS140 manufacturing**.
- Knowledge of **IPC-A-610 and other PCB quality standards**.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately.
- Familiarity with **inspection tools like magnifiers, microscopes, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems**.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

**Work Conditions**:

- Factory/production environment with long hours of visual inspection.
- May require working in **rotational shifts**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
